How a Typical Day Works
A traveler checks out of a hotel in the morning and books a pickup. KOMATSU collects the bags, and the traveler heads to Fushimi Inari, Nishiki Market or Gion with only a small bag. By afternoon the luggage is waiting at the next hotel.
What We Carry
KOMATSU takes suitcases, backpacks, folded tents, bagged folding bikes, strollers and sealed boxes. We cannot accept valuables over 50,000 yen, sharp objects without cases, hazardous liquids or substances, cash, ID documents such as passports, or animals and plants.
Delivery Speeds and Prices
Same-day delivery is 900 yen per bag, with the fifth bag free and bags from the ninth at 700 yen each. Next-day delivery is 1,200 yen per bag and two-day delivery is 1,500 yen per bag. Distant locations may carry an extra fee.

Book through the form on kyotoluggage.com or message KOMATSU on LINE. Staff confirm the pickup and delivery details with you, and you do not pay in advance.
