Your luggage can be sent to any place within our service area in Kyoto, be it a hotel or Airbnb, at least if there is a person to receive your luggage, we can deliver in no time. You also can specify the time for the delivery, but no later than 8PM the same day.

In principle the payment is in cash during luggage pick up.

We also accept Paypay, Paypal and Alipay. Credit card is not available.

We will meet in front of Kyoto Gekijo (Kyoto theater) if you are coming by train (Haruka/JR/Shinkansen)

• Please let us know your train boarding time and estimated arrival time

• Please send us your luggage photo before you arrive.

Our staff will pick up your bags after you check out.
