Step 1: Book Online
Fill in the booking form on kyotoluggage.com with your pickup place, hotel address, number of bags and preferred delivery time. You can request delivery up to 6:00 PM on the same day. No prepayment is required.
Step 2: Staff Confirm the Details
After you submit the form, our staff contact you to confirm pickup and delivery details. This keeps everything clear before your bags leave your hands.
Step 3: Hand Over Your Bags
A driver meets you at the agreed place and takes your luggage. Pickups run from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM, every day of the week.
Step 4: Find Your Bags at the Hotel
Your luggage is delivered to your hotel or Airbnb, usually in the afternoon. You can pay by cash, PayPay, PayPal, Alipay, or by card online after booking.
Prices
Same-day delivery is 900 yen per bag, with the fifth bag free. Next-day delivery is 1,200 yen per bag and two-day delivery is 1,500 yen per bag. Distant locations may carry an extra fee.
