Why Travel Hands-Free in Kyoto?
Kyoto's trains, buses, streets, and popular sightseeing areas can get very crowded. Traveling without bulky luggage makes getting around much easier and more comfortable.
Local train stations can be crowded with commuters and other tourists
City buses are often packed, even without luggage
Most restaurants don't have enough space to store your bags while dining
Kyoto's historic streets can be difficult to navigate with large or heavy luggage
How It Works
Step 1
Send a booking request by 4 PM (Japan time), three days before your pickup date. We'll send you a secure payment link, and your booking is confirmed once you pay.
Step 2
Leave your luggage at your hotel's front desk. A KOMATSU staff member will collect it from there. If your accommodation has no front desk, please contact us in advance to arrange the handover.
Step 3
Enjoy Kyoto hands-free!
Go sightseeing, take photos, and enjoy the local food, all without dragging heavy luggage around.
Step 4
We deliver your luggage to the place and at the time confirmed with you in advance.

Luggage Delivery Prices in Kyoto
Same-day delivery is ¥900 per item, and the 5th item is free. From the 9th item, the price drops to ¥700 per item, and the 10th item is also free. Next-day delivery is ¥1,200 per item and 2-day delivery is ¥1,500 per item, with every 5th item free. Advance payment is required (credit card, PayPal, PayPay, WeChat Pay or Alipay). Cash is not accepted for luggage delivery or storage. Additional charges may apply for distant locations. Delivery time can be specified up to 6:00 PM on the same day.
