How It Works
Step 1
Book your luggage delivery through our website. Once we receive your request, our staff will contact you to confirm the pickup and delivery details.
Step 2
When you arrive in Kyoto, a KOMATSU driver will meet you at the designated pickup location and collect your luggage.
Step 3
Enjoy Kyoto hands-free!
Go sightseeing, take photos, and enjoy the local food, all without dragging heavy luggage around.
Step 4
By the time you arrive at your hotel, your luggage will be waiting for you.

Luggage Delivery Prices in Kyoto
Same-day delivery is ¥900 per item, and the 5th item is free. From the 9th item, the price drops to ¥700 per item, and the 10th item is also free. Next-day delivery is ¥1,200 per item and 2-day delivery is ¥1,500 per item, with every 5th item free. No prepayment needed – pay by cash, PayPay, PayPal or Alipay at pickup, or pay online by credit card after booking. Additional charges may apply for distant locations. Delivery time can be specified up to 6:00 PM on the same day.
