We can deliver your luggage to any location within our service area in Kyoto, including hotels and Airbnbs, as long as someone is available to receive it. You can also specify a delivery time, but it must be no later than 6 PM on the same day.

The price depends on the delivery plan and the number of items. Same-day delivery is ¥900 per item, and the 5th item is free. From the 9th item, the price drops to ¥700 per item, and the 10th item is also free. Next-day delivery is ¥1,200 per item and 2-day delivery is ¥1,500 per item, with every 5th item free. For example, same-day delivery costs ¥2,700 for 3 items, ¥3,600 for 5 items and ¥7,000 for 10 items. No prepayment is needed. Additional charges may apply for distant locations.

We accept cash, PayPay, PayPal and Alipay at luggage pick-up. You can also pay online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and more). After you book, we'll send you a secure payment link.

We’ll meet you in front of Kyoto Gekijo (Kyoto Theater) if you’re arriving by train (Haruka/JR/Shinkansen). Please share your train boarding time, estimated arrival time, and a photo of your luggage before you arrive. To find the meeting point: Use the Central Exit (North side of Kyoto Station) ⭕️ and avoid the Hachijo Exit (South side) ❌.

We’ll meet you in front of Hoshino Coffee Shop if you’re arriving by limousine bus. Please share your estimated arrival time and a photo of your luggage in advance.

If we cannot meet in person, you can leave your bags at the hotel front desk.Please put cash in a plastic bag.
