Frequently Asked Questions
We can deliver your luggage to any location within our service area in Kyoto, including hotels and Airbnbs, as long as someone is available to receive it. You can also specify a delivery time, but it must be no later than 8 PM on the same day.
We primarily accept cash during luggage pick-up. However, you can also pay using PayPay, PayPal, or Alipay. Please note that credit cards are not accepted.
We’ll meet you in front of Kyoto Gekijo (Kyoto Theater) if you’re arriving by train (Haruka/JR/Shinkansen). Please share your train boarding time, estimated arrival time, and a photo of your luggage before you arrive. To find the meeting point: Use the Central Exit (North side of Kyoto Station) ⭕️ and avoid the Hachijo Exit (South side) ❌.
We’ll meet you in front of Hoshino Coffee Shop if you’re arriving by limousine bus. Please share your estimated arrival time and a photo of your luggage in advance.
If we cannot meet in person, you can leave your bags at the hotel front desk.
Please put cash in a plastic bag
Our staff will pick up your bags after you check out.
Please tell the hotel staff that KOMATSU staff will pick up by 3 pm on the day.
